Trent Gold
Trent retired as an Associate Chief from the U.S. Border Patrol in December 2017 after a 32-year career with the agency. After his career with CBP, Trent spent two years as the senior interdiction and border security analyst at U.S. Central Command (USCENTCOM) in Tampa, Florida. He was the border security subject matter expert supporting the Plans, Strategy, and Policy Directorate (J5-C), Partner Nation Capability Branch. Trent also consults on operations management, border and customs applications, security technology, risk management, law enforcement applications, intelligence processes and Counter WMD. He is a graduate of the University of Maryland, Robert H. Smith School of Business—CBP Leadership Institute and is fluent in Spanish.
