Steve Lazarus
Steve retired from the FBI in 2018 after 22 years of service, including numerous high threat tours of duty in support of the Global War on Terror. He is an experienced counterterrorism and criminal investigator, as well as a career-long firearms instructor and certified bomb technician. Since retiring from the Bureau, he has provided extensive training and consulting services to educational institutions and corporate clients in the US and the Middle East. Steve holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice from the University of Albuquerque, as well as an MBA from Central Michigan University. Prior to joining the FBI, he served 14 years as a United States Air Force officer, primarily in the nuclear security field.
